Our representatives have been offering inworld support to CEOs and small traders as well, including anyone who ever asked a question even out of curiosity.

So far our staff handled support requests and questions even off their assigned working schedule, but at the current level they're no longer able to cater to everyone in a timely and organized manner.

That's why we developed a simple yet effective support system. Logging into the VSTEX web site you will fine a new menu item to the left, Vstex support. It will lead to an area where you will able to open and read your support tickets.

Inworld support is now discontinued. Please cooperate with us using the new support system, since this will allow us to provide an overall better support experience.
