After 5 months of hard work, Vstex company is proud to announce the birth of Vstex.net, a new web portal through which the company will provide professional services for Second Life

The ten years experience accumulated by the owners of Vstex (also owners of an italian web agency) makes the realization of complex integrated Web/SL systems possible.

The Vstex.net web site is based upon a Portal Management System modular platform, developed by the owners and used in several Real Life great projects over the past 5 years. The Vstex company has started developping integrated modules on its own PMS platform specifical for second life in march 2007. Vstex.net top service is the Vstex Community Based Virtual Stock Exchange (other special services will be soon added):
The first second life share market entirely managed from an open community; Vstex company is only the technlogical partner of this brand new marketplace: the management and the acceptance of new companies in the stock exchange are delegated to the trader's community through an automatic and democratical online voting system.

Community users choose together the ideas to be supported on the share market: everyone can express his opinion. The members of the community can also put themselves forward as active collaborators in the realization of the business plan.

Vstex regulations, created by the owners, may evolve on a democratical basis, with a proposing system and an automatic voting which take place on the website. As a matter of fact, eventual modifications, once proposed on the website, are approved if voted from 50% + 1 of those who have the right to vote. Vstex Community Based Virtual Stock Exchange also builds up a risk fund initially deriving from the 50% of what earned from the sale of Vstex company shares; it will costantly be increased through the commissions on trading and IPO. www.Vstex.net will be fully operative on the 1st september 2007 after a short break in august. Nevertheless, many services are already beta available, in order to give all users the possibility of testing the system, put forward as partners or promoters, buying our IPO shares (initial public offer, i.e. the stage in which a company enters the stock exchange and starts selling shares to a previously estabilished price).
